Reminders for Saturday

We are getting very excited to see everyone on Saturday! We will be providing transportation for people to go wine tasting at a few local vineyards on Saturday. If you'd like to do this, please be downstairs by the main McMenamin's entrance at 1:00 pm. Otherwise, we'll see you at 6 pm at the Children's cottage (the building right next to the main hotel) for the celebration!

Update on McMenamin's

If you're unable to get a reservation at the Grand Lodge by mentioning our name (Millington for both of us now!), call Shannon (541-968-9739) and we will give you a confirmation number to switch to your own name. As of September 14th, we have 22 of these rooms available.

Glacier National Park

We were married in Glacier National Park on August 18th, 2008 and spent the rest of that week exploring the beautiful mountains and lodges that the park has to offer. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to share some pictures and stories with you.

McMenamin's Grand Lodge

Our reception will be at the Grand Lodge on October 25th. There will be wine tasting, dinner and dancing. On site, there's a soaking pool and there will be live music on Friday and Saturday night. If you would like to stay at McMenamins on Friday and/or Saturday, you should make your reservations as soon as possible. If no rooms are available for Saturday, tell them you're with the Millington party. There should be some rooms saved under our name. If you still strike out, contact us for the super secret code to the rooms of last resort! More details to follow.

Gifts/Registries

We truly only request your presence. However, should you feel compelled to bring a gift, we are registered at Down to Earth and would be excited to have gift certificates for plants at Gray's Gardens. Additionally, we would be honored to have any donations made in lieu of gifts to one of our two favorite charities. The first is The Heifer Foundation, which is a wonderful charity that helps improve lives through education, sustainable farming and the provision of livestock in areas of need. The second is to the orphanage in Nigeria, which Cristy and Bill spend 4-5 months of every year volunteering at. Donations to the orphanage will be used for much needed malaria medication and food for the children.

For instructions to donate to the orphanage in Nigeria, email Bill and Cristy Millington at millingtonmissions@hotmail.com.

The Down to Earth registry is available at both Eugene store locations. The phone number is (541) 342-6820.
